I went to Chef-Manzoor Ahmed’s pop up restaurant on the 31st of july and it was amazing. First of all the food and the atmosphere were very homely, but at the same time it was better than restaurant quality. It was beautiful to look at, and yummy to eat. My friends also discovered foods they had not heard of before so you can never get bored going to Chef Manzoor’s pop up restaurant event. Thank you for such a lovely event, and for the entertainment as well. I grew up with guitars being played, and so the live guitar was so comforting, relaxing and at the same time entertaining. Really amazing experience. I wish you all the best in continuing the journey and amazing people over and over again with such a tasty food experience.

Hi Manzoor- Sorry for taking so long to give you feedback on the Mauritian Biryani. I have attended many Mauritian gatherings and eaten biryani cooked by Mauritians and then I found out Chef Manzoor (Pakistani by origin) specialises in Mauritian food. I placed an order (30 people) with Chef Manzoor for a Mauritian Biryani. I and all my guests were totally amazed at the authentic Mauritian flavours Chef Manzoor was able to recreate. From now on, I and my family will always order from Chef Manzoor. To everyone visiting this site: I would ask you to try food from all your regular restaurants, take-aways etc. first then try Chef Manzoor’s cooking. You will surely realise “Chef Manzoor is, unlike the rest, TRUELY THE BEST”.

Try the falafels. Manzoor can do them exactly how you want, with exactly the right amount of freshly minced green chilli that suits your palate. the one I had, Manzoor described as ‘robust’ in other words more spicy than usual. And the verdict? Absolutely FABULOUS!

Recently we booked Chef Manzoor for a 3 hour cooking class. We were amazed at his knowledge of various spices, herbs and fruits and ability to fuse them to give flavours that we had never imagined possible. With Chef Manzoor’s guidance, we created two of our own fusion dishes and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thoroughly recommend Chef Manzoor to everyone out there.
